Human Resource and Organizational Development

The creation of Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) aims to provide capacity-building activities and opportunities to its target beneficiaries based on their needs that will enhance their potentials needed for the development of their life and their communities. It aims to develop and strengthen the leadership skills of the beneficiaries as they work in the frontlines of community development while they transition from resettlement communities to subdivision through the Homeowners Associations Strengthening and Community Development Program. It also aims to promote and engage the family-beneficiaries in educational, environmental and livelihood activities to promote the basic rights, promote health & nutrition of the families and children and enhance the economic capacity of the community through Child Development Program.
