Pagatpat Valley Residences is a socialized housing project forged from the strengthened collaboration of the Deparment of Public Works and Highways and the National Housing Authority. This project materialized when the City Government of Cagayan de Oro proposed for a Resettlement Action Plan in the implementation of the Flood Risk Mitigation Project for Cagayan de Oro River (FRIMP-CDOR).

This project is a tripartite engagement with the DPWH, NHA and the City Government wherein the DPWH will provide the land development, NHA will have the housing units and the City Government for the available land for socialized housing.

This engagement is the first in the City, partnering government agencies towards decent shelter and sustainable community development.
