Senator Cynthia Villar and Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno led today’s groundbreaking ceremony for the 4.6-hectare Socialized Housing Project Phase 2 located in Purok 2, Balubal, this city. The housing project will have forty (40) two-storey buildings each with 24 units and will become the new home of some 960 former informal settlers living in riverbanks, roadways, sidewalks, bridges, garbage dumps, shorelines and waterways.

1st B.I. : 660 applicants interviewed
2nd B.I. : 300 applicants required

P200 - HOA Membership Fee
P50 - montly due as HOA Member
P7,500 - 3months deposit required by SHFC for B.I. (Partial of P3,000 is acceptable)
Monthly Amortization:
P2,500 - estimate (will pay 2-3 months after occupying the unit)
10 units - December 2021 target turn-over
30 units - March 2023 target turn-over
